I Am Full

Good morning And let’s all pray for the DC National Guard family, two young souls who were murdered by a radical Muslim two days ago. Pray for our country that the Trump administration will continue to clean house! ” I am full ” Is the title of our devotion today. Acts Chapter 6 verse 5 says, and the saying pleased the whole multitude, and they chose Steven, a man full of faith and the Holy Spirit. Yesterday was a day that we all ate a little more than probably we should have and we sure were full, full of food.

Thanksgiving I think is one of my favorite holidays because I get to eat whatever I want all day long. The Bible says that we are to be full of the Holy Spirit. What does that mean? Well it seems that we need to be filled every day, Ephesians 5:18, And do not be drunk with wine, and which is dissipation, but be filled with the Holy Spirit. This has the idea of being filled continually. Just as we need food everyday, We need the Holy Spirit of God to fill us up and prepare us for what’s ahead. Because only God Almighty has the power to keep us on that straight and narrow path. Ask God to fill you today With love, joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, Self control. Against such there is no law. And He will! Galatians Chapter 5 versus 22 and 23. Have a blessed weekend and always remember that Jesus loves you!
