In 2001 the Free Indeed Church learned that they had a group of Christian motorcyclists that loved to ride, spread the Gospel and serve the community. This led to the development of the Christians Motorcycle Ministry as it is known today. The unique aspect of this ministry however, is that one doesn’t have to own a motorcycle to participate. We welcome any Christian who is willing to work within our ministry to serve the Lord and minister to the community, especially other motorcyclists. Over the years, this Ministry has grown beyond the walls of its own church and now is expanding to include members who attend other churches.
In June of 2021 Pastor Mark relocated from southern California to central Texas. During this time, he asked the Lord for His will about the motorcycle ministry. While attending Calvary Chapel Temple, he met other bikers that shared the same heart and mindset of following Jesus and being the light to the central Texas area.
By the fall of 2025 the five men decided to start taking the necessary steps to form a chapter of Christians Motorcycle Ministry. During this process the Texas chapter was informed that they could not use the word “Christians”, due to the name already in use by other motorcycle groups in the state. The five men prayed and fasted on a new name so as not to create a rift between any other motorcycle groups. The Free Indeed chapter and the Calvary Chapel Temple leadership decided to change the Texas ministry to the “Crucified” Motorcycle Ministry. This name comes from Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me”.
This allows them to continue the successful ministry as a chapter of the Christians Motorcycle Ministry, with the same patch, hierarchy, and brotherhood, with a different name but same core values and traditions.
