A Time And A Season

Happy New Year Day. I am a little late because we stayed up late and it is sure good to bring in a new year completely sober and praising Jesus. This year we’ll make 41 years since I gave my life to the Lord. 2026 has arrived. Our devotion today is called, ” A time and a season “. Ecclesiastes 3 verse one says, To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven. This is the first day of 365 days and if it’s anything like 2025 it will go by quickly.

Every day there’s a time and a season for God’s children. We might be planting seeds in other words the word of God in somebody’s heart, praying for someone, or doing a good deed for somebody to help them along their journey. If seasons show us anything, it is how temporary everything is. Just a few months ago our trees were filled with leaves, flowers we’re blooming, And they are all gone now, Just like each year comes and goes so quickly, but thank you Jesus that every year that goes by we are another year closer to seeing the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. I pray you all have a blessed wonderful first day of 2026 and that you keep your eyes on Jesus because He has his eyes on you. And always remember that Jesus loves you!
