More Than One Way

Good morning or afternoon or night whatever it may be when this reaches you and I pray you have a blessed life. I’m a little late today because Tina and I had to do blood work this morning. Our devotion this day is called. “More than one way?” Acts chapter 4 and verse 12 says, Nor is there salvation in any other, For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. A young man came to my house a few months ago to do a chimney sweep for us and I began to talk to him about the Lord and he was a Jewish man that believed in keeping the law. He told me at one point that he believed if someone believed in God they would go to heaven and it didn’t matter which one. I told this young man at that point, somebody has to be wrong and he agreed. All roads do not lead to heaven, even though some might say all roads lead to heaven, that is a lie of the devil.

When it comes to this life there is usually more than one way to get from point A to point B usually. And there is more than one way to do many things, to play songs, to help somebody, To show love to somebody and on and on. But the Lord God Almighty is so clear in His word that there is no other name among men that you can be saved by, there is only one and His name is Jesus. He is the only one who came, lived a sinless life, was crucified and rose from the dead. We are living at a time when people want to believe that there are no absolutes, and that makes everything possible and that is another lie of the devil. There is an absolute, and I am absolutely sure that the way to heaven, The only way to heaven, is through the Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 10:13 says For whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, that is the Lord Jesus Christ shall be saved! Have a blessed wonderful day and always remember that Jesus loves you!
