Happy Monday to you all and I pray everybody had a great weekend and I know it was a cold one. Looking out my window there is snow all over the ground so we can’t go anywhere right now. The title of our devotion is called, “Accusers and Abusers” Revelation chapter 12 and verse 10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in Heaven, now salvation and strength, and the kingdom of God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. We should always be careful when we accuse because right here in Revelation chapter 12 verse 10 it says Satan is the one who does that and especially when it comes to brothers and sisters in Christ. Accusing so often becomes abusing because we end up hurting each other by doing this.
Matthew chapter 18:15-17 talks about if your brother sins against you that you’re to go to them and you’re to tell them that you’re not to go to tell everybody else but go to them. Often times you’ll find things aren’t what they seem because the devil will put little thoughts in our minds about people that aren’t true. But let’s say they are true, Then we can sit down and discuss things as Christians and try and work through them so we can live out Psalm 133:1. Jesus said in Matthew chapter 5 verse 9 blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the sons of God. And Galatians Chapter 6 and verse 1 says brethren, If a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted It is much better to be a peacemaker than a troublemaker. Have a blessed wonderful day and please pray for me that my allergies would go away my eyes are so bad I can’t hardly read and I won’t be able to study for tomorrow night if they don’t clear up. So please pray thank you and have a blessed day and remember that Jesus loves you!
