Correct Me If I’m Wrong

Good day to everybody and I will be going live tonight at 8:00 Texas time 6:00 California time for all those who would like to get into the word and we will be in Acts Chapter 4. Today’s devotion is called, ” Correct me if I’m wrong ” Proverbs Chapter 9 verses 7 through 9 says, he who corrects a scoffer gets shame for himself, and he who rebukes a wicked man only harms himself. Do not correct a scoffer, lest he hates you, rebuke a wise man, and he will love you. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be wiser still, teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. I can receive correction easily if a person corrects me in a spirit of love and kindness and not with arrogance. But there are those that no matter how you correct them they will not receive, especially when it comes to the Word of God. Because some people are so set in their ways that they refuse to accept even the word of God as their correction.

The scoffer is one who ridicules every little thing and thinks they are right about everything and these people are hard to reach but I always think of the scripture in Mark chapter 10 and verse 27 that says with man it is impossible but with God all things are possible. The scripture here in Proverbs says that the wise man will receive instruction and that’s because he wants to learn what is right. And by the way God’s word is always right and sometimes it might rub us the wrong way but we have to accept what it says no matter what. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe the wise man is the way to live our life, to be able to be corrected when we are wrong. Please pray for our soldiers over in Iran and pray that we would be victorious and Israel would be victorious in this battle against the evil leaders of Iran, not the Iranian people but the leaders of that country. Have a blessed day and always remember that Jesus loves you!
