Hello Everyone and I pray we all have a blessed weekend. Please continue to pray for our country. Thank you. The title of our devotion on this Friday is called, ” From death to life ” Colossians Chapter Two and verse 12 says, Buried with Him in baptism, In which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, Who raised Him from the dead. Of course this is speaking of Jesus once again and Paul explains that we were buried which means we have died and we have been raised with Christ, from death to life. Remember in the Garden of Eden that Adam and Eve were alive and they became dead towards God through sin. Which caused everyone to be born into sin/death. And now that Christ came defeated sin and death, we look to Him and we are alive toward God. Paul explains this also in Ephesians chapter two and verse one when he says, And you He made alive who were dead in trespasses and sins. When you think about it we were actually created twice. First as a natural man and then as a spiritual person. 2nd Corinthians chapter 5 and verse 17 says, Therefore, If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; Old things have passed away; Behold all things have become new. And John Chapter Three and verse three Jesus says, most assuredly, I say to you, Unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God. There are a lot of Walking Dead people out there and next time you witness to somebody realize that they are spiritually dead and unless God opens their spiritual eyes They will remain that way. Let’s all be used by God by being His hands and His feet and His voice. This world needs Jesus!
