Taste and See

Happy Thanksgiving Eve. We will be live tonight at 8:00 PM Texas Time and the message will be, Being thankful

. The title of our devotion today is ,” Taste and see ” Psalm 34 verse 8 says, Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good, Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! At every thanksgiving dinner almost everything tastes great. You might find one or two things that are not so great but you don’t say anything. God gave us the ability to taste and see. I taste food by checking it out, by eating and I know right away if it’s something I like or not. The Bible says to taste and see that the Lord is good. Tomorrow at Thanksgiving I could be eating something that tastes so good but if you’re not eating it you will never know how good it tastes. King David wrote this about God.

To taste and see, In other words check God out and see how good he is! When you do that you will never be the same because you will not find anything that is any better than the God that we serve as Christians. We Are a blessed people because we have put our trust in the King of Kings and now we have a joy that surpasses all understanding and a peace that is beyond understanding and it is all because of Jesus. Invite God into your family meetings tomorrow at Thanksgiving because he is the one that made everything possible. And thank you Bill Legro for telling me this scripture Monday, Everyone have a blessed thanksgiving and there will be no devotion tomorrow but we will be back Friday. Have a blessed day and always remember that Jesus loves you!
